do you know that exercise is consider an asthmatic trigger for patient with chronic asthma who don't have good asthma control
first :- Warm up slowly before you exercise and do gentle cooling down exercises
afterwards
then Follow your asthma action plan, If it tells you to take your rescue
medicine before or during exercise
then Slowly increase the amount of time you exercise. Don't push it and do
more exercise than you can handle. Give yourself time to get into shape
have agood time
